Women's Day was marked in the center of Ås
This year's March 8 was marked in Ås with a record-breaking train that went from Borggården by Ås town hall and to the Student Society. In connection with the event, three appeals were held. Marie Sneve Martinussen, who is Rød's representative in the Storting, held her before the train started from Borggården by Ås town hall. After the arrival of the Student Society, there were two more appeals, that of NMBU professor Kathrine Frøy Frøslie and Astrid Ingeborg Skiaker who is the leader of the Female Cat Association at NMBU. Afterwards, there was dining and entertainment by, among others, the girls' choir Ivar, and the music was served by Flatlusa Spelemannslag.
